Founded in 1978, OPSTECH is a manufacturer specializing in industrial greases and lubricant oils. For more than 40 years, the company has been focusing on the research, development, production, and application of lubrication products.

Our main products include overhead conductor greases for ACSR, OPGW, and other types of conductors, as well as wire drawing lubricants for cable and metal processing industries.

Experience in Overhead Conductor Protection Grease
Overhead conductor grease is one of OPSTECH’s core product areas.
The company has been engaged in the development and production of corrosion protection grease for overhead conductors for many years. Our products are designed to help protect conductors from moisture, oxidation, salt spray, and other environmental factors during long-term operation.
OPSTECH’s conductor greases are widely used for ACSR, OPGW, and other overhead transmission conductors. They are supplied to cable manufacturers, power-related enterprises, and customers in overseas markets with different climatic conditions.
Participation in National Standard Development
OPSTECH was one of the core drafting units involved in the development of China’s national standard for overhead conductor corrosion protection grease — GB/T 36292-2018.
The standard was officially issued on June 7, 2018, and came into effect on January 1, 2019.
Through participation in the standard drafting process, OPSTECH contributed practical experience from product development, manufacturing, and application of overhead conductor protection greases.
Manufacturing and R&D Capability
OPSTECH has established a complete production system covering formulation development, testing, blending, and grease manufacturing.

Currently, around 70% of our conductor grease products are exported to overseas markets covering more than 40 countries, while the remaining products are supplied to cable manufacturers in China.
